Jodorowski is famous for creating iconic psychedelic films in the 70s, among them the most famous are El Topo and The Holy Mountain (which was financed by John Lennon and Yoko Ono).

Each scene in his films is like a performance and he once compared making cinema to creating an LSD pill.

Jodorowski is also known for his amazing comic books and as a master of tarot reading.
