Arch Cafe wins points for its design, boasting a very appealing, bright, cheery and interesting interior. Unfortunately, it loses points for serving very weak coffee and for unbearably slow food service. Still, Arch Cafe is definitely a nice place to hang out with friends, peruse fashion or design magazines, or to get some work done (the cafe has free wireless). Coffee is priced at ¥25-35, but given the poor quality of the coffee and since this place doubles as a bar you’re better off imbibing on alcohol here with decent cocktails from ¥35 and wine from ¥38 per glass. There are also very small but tasty desserts for an average of ¥30, pastas, sandwiches and burgers for ¥50-60 and main meals for around ¥80. The service at Arch Cafe is very friendly, even if the staff’s competence is questionable.
