A tiny single is $70, a double is $80. Cash only. There are no currency exchanges around so get your rubles beforehand. Breakfast is available for a few dollars in the local restaurant.
This 2 star hotel is located 25 minutes by metro from the center and 11 minutes from the metro. The hotel is a building with a large blue neon sign on it - right in front of the "Tourist" hotel.
There are slot-machines in the lobby, in case you have more money than you need. There are strange people who are not very friendly, and strict guards create tension.
