Founded in 1991 Borey Art Center was a radically new structure in the field of art and culture in 90s. It was a civil initiative realized by a group of like-minded persons whose aim was to built a HOUSE OF CULTURE with the doors open to creative initiatives.

Nowadays with opening of new galleris and lofts Borey has lost much of it popularity and become sort of old-fashioned. However, you can still find some intresting exhibits of both Russian and foreign artists there. Borey also hosts literature parties, philosophic readings and presentations of books and magazines.

STRUCTURE:

Gallery - regular exhibitions of Russian and foreign artists working in various spheres and trends.
Design Studio – milieu and graphic design, advertising, exposition and interior design, design of art communications.
Photo Studio – advertising and art photo and video shooting.
Publishing Hous – art booklets, catalogues for exhibitions, exclusive series.
Book Sales Office – selling books, albums and art magazine, exclusive series, painting and graphic arts.
Art Salon – selling products of arts and crafts.
Club “Lumiere Brothers” - selling and distribution DVD and VHS with the world classic and domestic cinema.
Pinigin – creator of bicycles
