Rodnya makes you feel what Moscow would be like if everything was OK in that city. Beautifully designed intimate space, carefully selected music, friendly staff, and young crowd make this place our favorite.

A relatively new addition to the Moscow clubbing scene, Rodnya Studio was opened in 2011 at Artplay – a former industrial complex in the center of Moscow, which now hosts design studios, shops, and even a school. Naturally, Rodnya attracts the nearby creative crowd and also the younger generation who enjoy its authentically contemporary feel. Really, you'd think that Moscow could only produce bleak copies of Western clubs plastered with alcohol and cigarette ads all over, but this is absolutely not the case for Rodnya. Instead, you can really feel that they managed to grasp something from here and now, related to the newly emerging generation of creative people in Moscow, and the impressive quality of their programming is based on inviting emerging electronic musicians from Russia and all over the world.
