Part of the international chain, this hotel is somewhat centrally located in a relatively nice area of Moscow, 10 minutes walk from Paveletsky Railway station (where the trains from Domodedovo airport arrive).
Standard set of amenities, visa registration, 3-star rooms, and basically everything you'd expect from IBIS chain anywhere else. Perhaps the best choice if you want to be central, pay less than $100 / night and stay at a hotel and not at B&B or apartment.
