She is an indepedent choreographer working in both Amsterdam and Paris. Her work can be described as an intellectual navigation into one's personal thoughts or experiences. She employs language, minimal movement, cognitive research, mixed media, and pop culture to develope her choreographies. "While We Were Standing" was an incredible success at the festivals Springdance and Impulstanz and has made her a recognized figure in contemporary performance.
