The Lazy Book has pretty much the same menu as most other cafes and bars in Dali that are oriented towards westerners. What distinguishes this cafe is its particularly cozy interior and large selection of DVDs that you can settle in and watch. Chinese, western and local Bai meals are on the menu. Prices start at around ¥15 for the Chinese dishes. In spite of the name, there’s nothing much in the way of English-language reading material at the cafe.
