With their unique theatricality, acrobatic virtuousity, and uruly rhythmic sensibility , Les Ballet C de la B have become an international tour de force. The company, with a rotating directorship, has heavily influenced the way in which contemporary dance and theater are viewed. Alain Platel, the famous director whom Les Ballet's fame is largely attributed to, developed a physical language that speaks volumes. Often poetic and sometimes tragic, the work resonates with sincerity and beauty. They are one of the most celebrated dance companies, touring extensively.
