Masala (former name of Mirch Masala Indian restaurant) was established in Dec 2002 in chao yang park west gate (in front of club suzie wang) and with in short period of opening Masala has established itself as one of the best Indian restaurant in Beijing.
Our philosophy is simple “ Cook fresh, with finest ingredients you can get and serve with much love and care” says owner Daya. He prefers to keep a small menu and impart unique and distinctive flavors to every dish.
Masala has no cool rooms or freezers, which mean all meats and sauces are prepared fresh every morning for the day.
