To celebrate all that's exciting and ambitious in Scotland's underground music scene, non-profit independent promoters Cry Parrot and Tracer Trails are teaming up this September to bring you Music is the Music Language, a two-day festival taking place across three stages in Glasgow multi-arts establishment SWG3.<br /><br />Both promoters have made their mark through their eclectic remit, providing Glasgow and Edinburgh with a wealth of leftfield and experimental talent, opening up new spaces for live music across both cities.
