The New Opera (Novaya Opera) is new, compared with the Bolshoy. People always compare these theatres, and for the last several years the New Opera has been going better. Great singers, a nice, modern building with good acoustics and comfortable seats makes it popular. The opera is situated in the cozy Hermitage Garden, with two more theatres in it and two clubs.
