These people are dreaming. A couple of years ago this hostel was just a dive taking up a floor of a Soviet-era hotel. It's still a dive but now they're trying to charge a fortune for it - more than the modern Moscow hotels. Located in the residential suburbs of Moscow (north) sharing the street with quite a few 3-star hotels. It's about 5-minute walk from the nearest metro (Vladykino) and about 25 minutes by metro from the center. The area is by no means exciting.
The hostel is located on the 3rd floor of Sherstone Hotel, which is quite run-down and depressing. The hostel floor is kind of better, but still it's the same building...
Prices are 27 euros for a dorm bed (4-bed room), 72 euros for a private single and 78 euros for a double. The rooms are made up from recently renovated apartments and have private bathrooms, TV, telephones, and fridges.
